Roy first joined the staff in 1992 as he was attending university. Roy currently serves as the Grow Pastor which supports growth communities, sermon series publishing, Recovery ministry, and the Pastors Academy. Roy spends his free time with his wife, Brandy and his three children. You will typically find Roy’s family at a football, basketball, or volleyball game throughout the school year. Above all, his desire is to love God’s people through helping them grow in His Word.
